Bluebonnets

I've been slacking off on my blogging, as well as my house cleaning, laundry, and paper grading. I keep banking on the thought that the end of school will bring me all the time I need to do everything I want and need to do. The only problem with that is the fact that there are actually still four weeks of school left, and if I let my laundry and dishes pile up for that long, I just might end up on the next episode of "Hoarders" that airs on A&E. All this to say, we don't have much to blog about because we've been cleaning all weekend. And who wants to hear about that?

Grandmama came over on Sunday and rescued Laney from all her responsibilities and chores (sucking on her toes, shaking all her rattles, being the cutest baby in the world, etc.). She took Laney to take pictures in some of the few bluebonnets that are still hanging on in Abilene. I'm sure you'll be surprised to hear that we think they are the cutest bluebonnet pictures we have ever seen. Ha. I guess there would be something wrong with us if we DIDN'T think that. Here are some of the pictures!

She fit perfectly in a tin bucket my mom has!

I wish my feet tasted this good.

She's obsessed with her piggies. Just like the rest of us!
